What is dance system?

What is the best software for a dance school?

How do I manage class passes in a dance studio?

Does dance system support benefit cards?
Yes. Clients can enroll with a benefit card. For courses you choose, a small refundable deposit protects the studio against no-shows: a missed class is deducted from the deposit automatically, and an excused absence is refunded.
How does check-in at the front desk work?
Each client has a personal QR code in the app. Reception scans it or searches the name, sees at once whether the pass or deposit is valid, and checks the client in with one tap. Walk-ins who aren't enrolled can be checked in too.
Can clients sign up for dance classes online?
Yes. Clients browse the schedule, enroll in courses, buy passes, pay online and see their QR code in the client app. You can also embed the schedule on your own website.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes, it is designed phone-first. Both the reception backoffice and the client app run in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
What happens when a client misses a class?
The absence is recorded automatically shortly after the class ends. Staff can excuse it, and the client can make up the class on another date of the same course without paying twice.
Is dance system GDPR compliant?
It was built for GDPR from the start: consent records for marketing email, one-click unsubscribe, and client data export and anonymisation.
Can I keep my studio's own brand?
Yes. The client app, the schedule widget and every email show your studio's logo and colours, not ours.
